Flower Delivery & Service Information

Local Flower Delivery – King of Prussia & Main Line

We provide reliable flower delivery in King of Prussia, PA and surrounding Main Line communities, ensuring every arrangement arrives fresh, intact, and beautifully presented. Each order is securely packaged, properly hydrated, and hand-delivered by our in-house team to maintain quality from our shop to their door.


Same-Day Flower Delivery

Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday for orders placed by 2:00 PM, and Saturday by 12:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone.

During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we strongly recommend placing your order several days in advance to ensure availability and on-time delivery.


Delivery Timing

Standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, with extended hours up to 7:00 PM during peak holidays.

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, most orders are completed within a four-hour delivery window based on routing.

You may request a preferred time frame at checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate.


Holiday Scheduling

Due to increased volume during major holidays, delivery windows may be extended and availability may be limited. Early ordering is strongly encouraged.

We are closed on:

  • Easter
  • Father’s Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Funeral & Sympathy Deliveries

Funeral and sympathy flower deliveries are handled with priority and care. We coordinate directly with funeral homes to confirm service times and ensure timely arrival.

If any timing constraints arise, our team will contact you immediately with available options.


Special Delivery Locations

  • Hospitals & Businesses: Deliveries are completed in accordance with facility policies and hours
  • Schools: Deliveries must arrive before 2:00 PM. We recommend placing orders the day prior to ensure acceptance

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a secure location
  • Leave it with a neighbor
  • Contact the recipient to coordinate delivery

Address Accuracy

Accurate delivery information is required. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout may be the responsibility of the sender.

We recommend including the recipient’s phone number to help ensure successful delivery if there are any issues locating the address.


Changes & Cancellations

Due to the time-sensitive nature of floral design and delivery:

  • Same-day orders are processed immediately
  • Orders already in design, en route, or delivered cannot be changed or canceled

Delivery Requests & Liability

If you request delivery to be left at a door, porch, or unattended location, responsibility transfers to the sender once delivery is completed. We recommend direct handoff whenever possible to preserve quality and presentation.


Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses delivery, the full cost of the order remains the responsibility of the sender.


Card Messages

Your message will be delivered exactly as entered at checkout. No billing or pricing information is ever included with your order.
