Will my arrangement look exactly like the picture?
Your arrangement will be designed to reflect the overall style, color palette, size, value, and feeling of the arrangement shown online. Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily, exact flowers, greenery, or containers may occasionally need to be substituted.
When substitutions are necessary, we use flowers, greenery, containers, vases, plants, or gift items of equal or greater value whenever possible. Our goal is to preserve the overall look, fullness, quality, and sentiment of the design.

How much should I expect to spend?

What if the recipient is not home for delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers in a safe location, leave them with a neighbor, or contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery. The best option depends on the address, weather, flower type, and delivery conditions.
