Fresh Flower Guarantee

We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers for delivery in King of Prussia and the Main Line. Due to seasonality and availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

When substitutions are required:

We maintain the overall style, color palette, and design integrity
Substitutions are always equal or greater in value
The original look and feel of the arrangement is preserved

For single-variety arrangements, we prioritize the flower type. For example:

Daisies will remain daisies, though color may vary
Roses may be substituted within similar tones (red, pink, cream, or peach)
Orchids may vary in color based on availability

Plants

For plant delivery, we select healthy, high-quality plants that reflect the original selection. If substitutions are necessary:

We match the plant type as closely as possible
Containers are kept consistent in style and quality
Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value

Gift Baskets

To ensure freshness and presentation, items within gift baskets may be substituted with similar products of equal or greater value. The overall theme and quality of the basket will remain consistent.

Non-Perishable Gifts

If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable item, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund, provided it is in its original condition.

Special Occasion Deliveries

For time-sensitive occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, and funeral services, timely delivery is prioritized.

If specific flowers are unavailable and we are unable to reach you:

We will substitute with the closest available flowers and colors
The design will reflect the intended style and sentiment
Value and presentation will always be maintained or enhanced
